Writer and director John Mulholland was joined by producer Richard Zampella for a screening of the documentary "Cooper and Hemingway: The True Gen" on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at the Lyric Theater in Blacksburg, Virginia. Steven Prince -- Professor of Cinema Studies invited Mulholland and Zampella to address classes at the School of Preforming Arts at Virginia Tech on Tuesday, Feb 10. The 130-minute film, narrated by Sam Waterston, features interviews with Kirk Douglas, Charlton Heston, George Plimpton, and Patricia Neal and explores the 20 year friendship between author Ernest Hemingway and Actor Gary Cooper.
